Hair removal and hair bleaching works well. Shaving also works but because it slices the hair, the hair grows back with a blunt edge instead of a tapered end causing stubble. Nothing makes the hair grow back darker or produces more hair to grow back, this is defined by your genes and hormones only.
There are several ';permanent'; methods of hair removal but be aware that the industry has a different view to what is ';permanent';. If the method produces 90% (or similar) reduction in growth then it is deemed permanent. These methods include electrolosis and laser. these methods are slow and laborious (probably not too bad for just a top lip but for long legs it takes ages) There are home devices that can be used or you can get these treatments done at some beauty salons or clinics. There are a wealth of resources on the internet but you have to look for impartial ones (not the ones selling stuff).

yes they work,you can remove hair,or you can bleach them safely.i do it their has been no problem i buy from drug store.any name brand will do.it's just very sensitive right after but in an hour or so its fine.
