Sorry, hair won't eventually go away. If anything, it becomes more noticeable.

If you are like your avatar and have dark hair, then you are like me. It takes a little longer than the average time for hair cream removal to work. It's not that bad. You might have to do it sooner than if you wax your upper lip. Waxing is good, it is a little painful but it only lasts for a little while. If they do it right, it shouldn't be too painful and shouldn't leave a your face too red.

Here is what you should do if you plan to do it yourself.

1. Make sure you have a clean face. Don't clean right before you wax.

2. Use a little baby powder. Sprinkle a little on your hand and then apply a small amount on the area you are going to wax.

3. Apply the wax.

4. Put the strip on right away. Don't let the wax get dry.

5. Press onto the strip with your fingers.

6. Quickly pull the strip in the opposite direction of the growth of the hair.

7. Put your finger on the area you just waxed and press on it.

8. After you are done, use a wax removal to clean your skin of any left over wax.

9. Most kits come with a cream to apply after to soothe your skin. Apply a little. Wait awile before you use any kind of toner.

Good luck!
Oh no no no, it doesn't just go away, I'm sure a lot of women wish that unwanted hair did go away. I have black hair and I've been where you're at. Cream is only good if you're hair is very thin and not too dark, because what the cream does is it just basically cuts your hair and not taking it all the way from the root, so when it grows back it will be darker and thicker. I would recommend to get it waxed even though it is a bit painful the first times you do it, but you will notice that it will take longer to grow out and not only that but it will always be less hair the more you keep waxing it. I have the Sally Hansen Wax Strips Hair Remover Kit For Body and it comes with little strips that I use for my upper lip, but I believe there is A Sally Hansen Wax Strips Hair Remover Kit for Face. It comes with very good instructions and a cream to put on after.

Word of advice, if you do the waxing, when you apply the strip don't start thinking about how much it's going to hurt and take long to take it off because the wax will make your upper lip sting and get red after you remove it. The faster you yank it off the faster you will get it out of the way. good luck :)
I personally think waxing would be terribly painful, wouldn't go for it to be honest. Hair removal is fine, you could always go to the chemist and get a small amount of bleach to bleach the hair on your upper lip ( obviously dont try the bleach you dye the hair on your head with, ask at the chemist )
wax becuse my friend used hair removal cream and she has dark skin it worked like bleach and made her hair on her upper lip like bone white in colour! she would not leave the house and told me to get waxing strips for her from the drug store. after that i never trust hair removal creams.
im guessing wax? painful but efficient.
get it waxed. hair removal cream makes it grow back much quicker
