I'd bleach it first, and see if you're happy with that. Sally Hansen makes a nice facial bleach that doesn't burn/sting/irritate. If you don't like that result, then do the facial hair removal thing.Can i remove my hair on my upper lip with hair removal gel cream?
yes u can but im personally sensitive and it burns plus has been really irritating to my nose. it shouldnt grow back thicker. Shaving makes it grow back thicker.
