Yes. But make sure that you don't take a shower or wash your face for a few hours before you use it and don't hang around any steam (avoid anything that would make youre pores open). Otherwise, you will get a chemical burn from it (it will make it all red and hurt like a mofo). Nair is very irritating. Use Sally Hansen creme hair remover for face. It comes with a vitamin E lotion to put on afterwards to help combat irritation. It might be a little red for a day, so do it over the weekend to give your skin time for the irritation to wear off.

Nail hair removal sucks, theres a proven 80% chance that you or anybody might get irritated skin from it. It could cause red , blod clot and irritation to whatever part of your skin you apply it on.

i used it like 4 days ago for my upper lip, and i kept it on for 5 minutes only, and it burned... it was red for a long time too, even though it was only on for 5 minutes... so careful.. make sure to time yourself well.
never use hair removal creams for your upper lips. its bad. your start gettting more hair. its better to either bleach or use threading. i know threading is banned but you can try using bleach. its much better.
If its for your face it can , just dont keep it on to long or it will burn you :)
