im looking for a lip balm/cream/ some sort of treatment that will 1)reduce fine lines/wrinkles around mouth 2) plump 3) has spf 15 4) protects from chapping,splitting,drying

look online on websites for avon or arbonne. they will probably have the best most natural product for this. I know that some places have lip products with colagen in them to plump your lips. this should help the lines some what.
IF I WERE YOU...I would get a really good chap stick and just treat my lips with it for a while. At night, I would apply an anit=-aging cream on the problem area around the mouth. Then when you go out, use the plumping lipsticks that are on the market. There are many products out there over the counter. Just go to the drugstore and look around.
