a normal bleech cream for face can be used as upper lip bleach cream, what i found that hair come to grow thicker and thicker after use of bleach and looks funny. mu older and younger sister have this problem i shoose to thread them i do them every week, i find this works for me, i use epilator Bion Lady Epilator %26amp; Cosmetic Shaver for my whole face and hair dont grow as much so it much easier but little bit painful i even do my upper lip with that doesnt take that long, go do googlea and find epilator for yourself you regart..\\

bleaching just makes the hair really white so its not noticable. however, for lip do waxing because you can see it in the sunlight and from your side veiw very easily. bleaching is more for arms if you have dark arm hair and for the face someties, but more for forehead and such, waxing looks so much better
i think u shld wax ur upper lips.... its must better then bleaching...but if u cant take the pain ( well its not too much pain to be honest) ... then just bleach it... but by bleaching it ..u will still feel tht u hve hair.... i would totally recomment threading or waxing..
